1. Session Reservations

  • Reservations: All sessions must be reserved and paid for in advance through our online booking system.

  • Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed prior to attending your scheduled session.

2. Cancellations & Late Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: We request that any cancellation be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. This ensures that the session credit goes back onto your account for use at a later date.

  • Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel before the 24-hour window closes, you will be considered a late cancel and will lose the session or be charged the full price (depending on your package).

  • One Free Late Cancel Per Year: We understand life can get hectic. Each client is granted one free late cancellation per year, which allows you to cancel within 24 hours without penalty. After this one-time exception, any additional late cancellations will incur full charges.

3. Studio Etiquette

  • Cleanliness: Please wear grippy socks or come with clean, oilfree feet and trimmed toenails.

  • Safety: Our instructors may use gentle, corrective touch to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury. If you have any concerns about corrective touch, please inform your instructor prior to your session.
