Comfortable form fitting clothing you can stretch in. Come to your session with clean skin but no lotion / oil for your safety to avoid slipping.

You can be barefoot or wear grippy socks. If barefoot, trim your nails and have clean feet.

No jewelry is recommend including: necklaces, rings, and fitness watches. Be prepared to remove any jewelry and conveniently place it in our provided dish.

We will move at your bodies pace. We will have a conversation about your intake form and make sure that the exercises match your body’s condition and goals. Also, we will do a postural assessment.

Jeanette is experienced in pre and post-natal Pilates. However, it is not recommended to begin a Pilates journey while pregnant. If you have consistent and strong Pilates practice, then consult your physician to get approval to continue your Pilates practice.
